For Lead Lab 9, Det 290 was accompanied by Red River Valley - Fighter Pilots Association. Amid mid-terms here at the University of Kentucky, our cadets took time to relax and enjoy BBQ & ice cream as we socialized with the River Rats as well. Afterwards, on behalf of the all the River Rats, our Detachment Commander Col Ard was presented with a portrait which represented the 50th year anniversary of the Red River Valley - Fighter Pilots Association 'River Rats'.
