The German Armed Forces Proficiency Badge is a foreign military award that cadets can earn and wear on active duty. The GAFPB is awarded by members of the German military in Gold, Silver, and Bronze levels. Standards include a PT test, a timed ruck march, and shooting qualifications among other criteria. In March 2018, Det 290 sent 17 Cadets to earn the badge, bringing home 14 Gold, 1 Silver, and 2 Bronze badges.
